About this episode

My relationship with my sister, Nicole, is incredibly authentic, deep, and honest. While we are very much the same in our pursuit of spirituality and consciousness, our methods are very individual to us, which is why I wanted to have a sister session with her to talk about all things spirituality with her. Nicole is one of the most well-read people I know – she is constantly learning and gives back by sharing her knowledge with those around her. In addition to this, she has also done extensive research on living consciously for our planet and is always sharing insights on small steps we can take to live more sustainable. I’m immeasurably grateful to have Nicole in my life and I can’t wait for the Mind Your Own community to meet her!
