About Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)

Like Meditation and Visualization, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), often referred to as “tapping”, is a low-cost, accessible modality that can support the release of trauma and stress within the body.

EFT uses tapping techniques at various acupuncture points on the body to alleviate emotional issues (anxiety, depression, and stress) physical challenges (pain). It has also been said to enhance spiritual growth (rewiring limiting beliefs).

As a certified EFT Practitioner/Instructor, Natalie is able to teach others how to 'tap', especially when it comes to self-healing.
